Our mission is to benefit the community of Polk County, Texas, by providing recycling opportunities, promoting the benefits of sustainable living, and supporting beautification efforts throughout the county. We strive to sustain and expand our recycling services to help reduce the cost of waste disposal, reduce our landfill footprint, and improve the environment.

Accepted Materials

Steel / Tin Cans

Electronics

Only clean materials will be recycled.
Please rinse or wipe your steel cans and

ensure aluminum cans are empty.

Keep cardboard dry.

Corrugated Cardboard Boxes

Please break down all boxes.
Waxy/Greasy boxes or boxes that have gotten wet or dirty are not recyclable

and should be thrown away.

Aluminum Cans

Cans only. Aluminum foil and other metals cannot be recycled at this facility.

Please drain cans completely.

Steel "Tin" Cans

Steel cans are used to package everything from pet food to fruits, vegetables, and soup. Please rinse well to remove food waste. Then put the lid in the can - that's recyclable, too!

Labels do not need to be removed

Electronics

We will accept almost all items with a plug/cable/cord, or battery operated (remove household batteries - we cannot accept them).

TVs & Monitors, Printers, Copiers, Fax machines, and Scanners
- We do not accept box TVs wider than 25" or Flat Screen TVs or Monitors wider than 50".
Computers, Laptops, and Mobile Devices (cellphones, tablets, e-readers, iPods, and MP3 players)
CD/DVD/Blu-ray players, Game Consoles, Cameras, Camcorders, and Digital Projectors
Household appliances, electronics, and gadgets: microwaves, stereos, receivers, speakers, routers, network hubs, radios, telephones, calculators, power tools
Other electronics: Cables, cords, power strips, chargers, speaker wire, headphones, game controllers, remotes, mice, keyboards and more

Due to the cost of shipping & handling, there is a fee for TVs and monitors.

Up to 30" width - $5.00

Up to 50" width (55" diagonal) - $10.00

We accept Cash, Check, PayPal and Venmo.

Important: Please ensure that all personal data is removed from your devices before recycling. While we will handle your electronics with care, we are not responsible for any data that may remain on devices. For assistance with data removal, consult your device’s manufacturer or a professional data recovery service.
